Free Shipping and Handling

We offer free standard shipping service for orders of $45.99 or more within the United States.

Handling and Delivery Times

Shipping time is 1-2 days, with an estimated delivery time of 2-10 business days.

*All shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping.

**Estimated Shipping Delivery Date includes processing and carrier time.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any order modifications, address changes or cancellations. Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you encounter such issues, please contact the courier directly.

Orders will be processed within 1 business day of order placement, except for special promotions, new product launches, holidays or other eye-catching periods.

Once the order is processed and shipped, it usually takes 3-15 business days to arrive, depending on the package destination. Monday through Friday, UPS standard terms apply. Please note that orders may arrive in batches. Once your first package arrives, please allow 3-4 business days for the final delivery. We are not responsible for any delays due to shipping, weather forecasts, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link provided in the shipping confirmation.

Returns for Refund or Exchange

Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Candles must be unopened and unused to be returned. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and ensuring the safe return of the item, and some items may require additional fees. All trial sets (such as the Discovery Set) and single returns sold are not exchanged.

If the item is damaged, broken or received incorrectly, you will need to provide a photo of the problem on the invoice. We recommend that you send us a message with your concern to sevensangwei@outlook.com so that we can replace the item for you.

If you would like to return the item, please use the self-service return form available here.


Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping fee (if applicable) unless it is a shipping error on Phlur.com's part. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.

Examples of shipping errors include: the wrong product was sent or the product was damaged in transit and is unusable.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, you will need to process a return and place an order for a new product. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to qualifying damage or warehouse error. Exchanges will be subject to a new shipping and handling fee, which you can select at checkout.

Return Shipping Instructions

To return an item, please use the self-service return form found here. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Please note that the return label fee, along with any applicable handling fees, is included in your refund amount and is the "handling fee".

Returns must be in the original packaging and box (required). Otherwise, please use the box you brought with you to prevent damage in transit. Returns without a box will not be accepted.

Return Time

If you return an item within 30 days of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment, original shipping costs, and restocking fees.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your return request for a refund has been captured and we will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your item. The refund amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original form of payment. Please note that it may take longer for financial institutions to reflect the transaction.

If you would like a refund after a full billing cycle has been posted on your credit card statement, we recommend that you contact your credit card company first as the refund may take time to be credited or may be in the process of being processed.

Sale Items

All discontinued or discounted items (including wedding promotions) are final. Discounted gift sets are returnable, but must contain all items in the set. phlur.com has the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether an item is eligible for return.
